The Rooms

Vivienda Estates offers 14 private guest rooms, each with its own bathroom, and all beautifully appointed and furnished with custom furnishings designed for each room and designer fabrics from Anichini. Many of the rooms open out to private terraces, while most are situated around the rose garden in the Spanish courtyard.

The dining room and the family rooms open wide to the outdoors enticing you outside while bringing nature inside.  The terrace outside the dining room with eucalyptus braches overhead beckons guests to dine outside with the hummingbirds who live there all year around.  The dining room is exceptionally large for entertaining large parties.  The kitchen is well designed for a family dinner or a catered event.  The estate has its own yoga room for stretching and reflecting.  Meals and massages and can be arranged for the guests.

Tranquility pervades the atmosphere, from afternoon tea on the Loggia to sunsets on the terrace and cozy evenings by the fire.  The tile-roofed loggia is an extension to the family room and simultaneously provides both a refuge from the sun and an informal place to entertain. At night, guests can soak in the heated pool or Jacuzzi and can get together later for fireside chats.
