The Design

The estate embraces an architectural design and energy plan that is a seamless blend of traditional design and environmentally friendly principles. This complementary approach is encoded in the very nature of the design, whereby the house automatically renews its own consumed energy through a process of systematic recycling.  The estate nurtures the environment and strives to produce more energy than it utilizes.

While the design of the building evokes the soulfulness of an estate that has been inhabited by many generations, significant effort has been made to incorporate into the design an environmentally conscious and sustainable infrastructure.
